New Website
by NZGG
Thank you for the feedback on our new website. We are using your comments to help make some improvements.
Here is a reminder of the key features:- Topics of interest: you can customise your home page to better suit your evidence-based interests by registering and selecting topics of interest. You can also opt to receive notifications when we release new resources that are relevant to your interests.
- Vastly improved search: similar to using Google and you can use several filters to help you narrow your search
- Guidance and practice tools libraries: evidence-based guidance in the former and evidence-based practice tools in the latter. We are still populating these libraries so keep checking back for updates. We will include national and international tools and guidance that we believe have the best supporting evidence base behind them. PEARLS will be included in the guidance library. A third library, on methodological tools, will become available later in the year
- Quality indicators: our assessments on the quality of resources (including a currency statement) on the site are being added
- Bookmarking: on registering, bookmark your favourite pages. Click here for a video demonstration on how to do that
- Improved overall accessibility
- eBooks: many of our documents will be available as eBooks (this feature will not be available for documents we link to from other websites)
- Online ordering: this will make ordering a lot easier than it was before. As we are not responsible for funding reprints, we may run out very quickly if you over-order.
So log into www.nzgg.org.nz, register and explore the new functionality, if you haven’t already!
