A resource summarising key evidence-based recommendations and good practice points for selected site-specific cancers, derived from 'Suspected cancer in primary care: Guidelines for investigation, referral and reducing ethnic disparities' 2009. The aim is to help primary care practitioners make a timely and appropriate referral of patients by alerting practitioners to the features that should raise their suspicion of cancer.
